Speakers are important. Don’t underestimate them. No matter what amp head you run through them, you only sound as good as the speakers. There are different styles of speaker cabs. Each designed for a special tone. Even the wood of the cab affects the tone. The style of the magnets and weight of them. So many aspects of speakers that are important. Yet, most folks take them for granted and spend more time thinking about what pickups or even what strings they play than they do about what speak cab they are using.
